The Michigan Corn Growers Association is pleased to offer a new scholarship created in memory of former board member, Frank Lipinski. Frank was passionate about helping people with a non-agriculture background enter into the industry and he educated many young people on the career opportunities available in agriculture. Applicants must be enrolled as a full-time student at a post-secondary educational institution pursuing an agricultural degree during the spring 2017 semester. They must come from a non-agriculture/farm background and cannot be from a family farm. Being a member of FFA, 4-H or any other related organization does not disqualify you from applying. An application for the 2016 Frank Lipinski Memorial Scholarship is now available and is due by November 4, 2016.
The MCGA also offers a scholarship to members or children of members who will be enrolled as a full-time student during the fall 2017 semester. The application deadline for the scholarship is February 10, 2017. Download the 2017 MCGA Scholarship Application
